Round 1: Top 100 participants from every state will be shortlisted. (100% Jury selection)
Round 2: The 100 participants from all states will advance. [for next round selected based on jury evaluation (50%) and audience voting (50%).]
Round 3 (Finals): Top 1000 participants must do a new submission.

Pay the registration fee (Fully refundable if not selected in Round 1).

Submit your artwork before the deadline in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format.

If selected, you may need to send the physical artwork copy (which will be returned post-event).
