About Me
I am N. Rajasekhar, Head of the Department in a reputed engineering college with 30+ years of teaching and academic leadership experience. I have authored four textbooks in Mathematics, published research papers, and presented my work at conferences.
Beyond academics, I am a writer and poet, with 100+ articles and poems published in leading Telugu dailies and national platforms like Hindu Post, where my article “The Cornerstone of Society:The Significance of Teachers’ Role” trended at #1.
As an NSS Program Officer, I have organized 250+ community programs, including blood donation and medical camps, collecting nearly 1,500 units of blood. For these efforts, I was honored multiple times, including recognition from the District Government Blood Donation Center.
I have been felicitated six times for my contributions to academics, community service, and literary writing. Passionate about education, creativity, and social service, I continue to inspire through teaching, writing, and community work.

I am N. Rajasekhar, currently serving as Head of the Department, with over 30 years of experience in teaching and academic administration. As an educator, I have authored four Engineering Mathematics textbooks and published research papers in reputed journals. I have reviewed academic books, conducted workshops, and delivered lectures that have shaped the learning journey of numerous students.
In addition to my academic contributions, I have completed 12 multidisciplinary online courses through NPTEL and earned 16 social awareness certifications, reflecting my commitment to lifelong learning and community engagement.
As a writer under the pen name Nanubolu Rajasekhar, I have published more than 100 articles and poems in leading Telugu dailies and national platforms like Hindu Post, where one of my articles trended#1. My writings focus on social awareness, motivation, and the significance of education, aiming to inspire society through words.
As a committed community worker, I organized over 250 service activities, including blood donation drives and free medical camps, receiving recognition multiple times.
Teaching, writing, and serving the community are the three pillars of my journey. Through NRS Thoughts, I continue to blend knowledge, creativity, and social responsibility to inspire and make a positive difference.
